In Biology we saw specialization of cells. We had to name the following plant and animal cells and put a labeled drawing and say which characteristic helps them with their function. Seguir leyendo Specialisation of Cells
In Biology we saw the cell structure and we had to do this tasks about the topic. The following is my venn diagram comparing the plant cell to the animal cell.
In our Biology class we had to do this activities of classification of living organisms in groups. I was with Jose and Nico.
We learned in our Biology class how to classify living organisms. I had to draw and label an earthworm. Here is the classification, the original picture and my drawing.

In class we have discussed the 7 characteristics of living organisms. This is our first Biology blog asignment. The ones that follow are my answers.
a-Post a picture with at least two of the characteristics of living organism.
This living organism is a Sanicula europaea and it is a perennial plant of the family Apiaceae.
b- Name and define them
This plant grows to 60 cms high (growth as a permanent increase in size), and it’s bristly fruits easily attach to clothing or animal fur and are thus easily distributed (movement as an action by an organism causing a change of position or place).
c- List the other characteristics which are not shown in the picture.
The other characteristics that living organisms have are respiration, sensitivity, excretion, reproduction and nutrition.
